We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also regularly accommodate Letters of Credit and Bank Wire Transfers. Personal and company checks are accepted with approval.


General Ordering Process

  1. Place your order with Vinotemp
    Use any of the convenient ordering methods mentioned above, or stop by our location to place your order.
  2. Review the order confirmation
    We want to ensure that you receive a product you will be satisfied with. After receiving your order, our staff will provide you with a confirmation of your order and our terms of service for your review (generally within 24 business hours). Review all products, pricing, discounts, and terms to make sure your purchase will meet with your satisfaction.
  3. Sign and return order confirmation 
    After reviewing, sign the order confirmation and return via fax, e-mail or postal mail. For your protection, your order will not be processed/started until confirmation is received.
