Dear Vinotemp Management:
Please accept this note as a “thank you” for the excellent customer service which my son and I recently received in diagnosing our wine cabinet cooling problem. While each of the several individuals contacted (telephone answering gal, another tech, etc.) were all helpful and courteous, it was your service manager who truly stayed with the issue until resolved. We’re not a volume customer or high profile owner, but it didn’t matter. As an old customer of mine said back in my hard working days, “I know I’m not your only customer or your most important customer, but I just want you to make me feel like I am when I have a problem.”
So, here’s a big “pat on the back” for the service manager and all his fellow associates at Vinotemp! Thank you.
