Review: Vinotemp Customer Service Department and VT-60 Wine Cellar

We bought a house with a built-in Vinotemp wine cellar. We didn't know how to use it and did not have a user manual, so we called Vinotemp to see if we could learn more about it. The person we spoke with suggested emailing a photo of the unit, which we did. He quickly identified our model and emailed us a user manual, which is exactly what we needed. He also emailed troubleshooting instructions. Vinotemp provided excellent service, even though we didn't make a purchase from them. I would highly recommend them for specialty refrigeration needs, given the great service we received. 

We’re also very pleased with the Vinotemp wine cellar!
