Vinotemp Service Department Testimonial

I went by the Rancho Dominguez office today and was helped by the Service Department Manager. 

I just wanted to write to compliment him on his service. He was so nice to me and took the time to help me with my problem with my Mini-Keg cooler. His help enabled me to not have to leave the cooler, saving me/my husband nearly 2 hours of driving back and forth at a later date. 

Your Service Department Manager was very attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our cooler (a 3-year-old model). I was really impressed with his ingenuity and genuine desire to help fix our problem, which he did. 

Vinotemp is fortunate to him on staff - he is an excellent representative for the company.
