I would like to take a moment to recognize your service manager for his recent efforts on my behalf. I wrote to Vinotemp to let the company know that my less than two year old wine refrigerator had stopped working. The service manager contacted me by phone to discuss the problem. He then shipped replacement parts for the unit. He was courteous, professional and helpful. I appreciate his efforts.
