When I purchased my first wine fridge one month ago it was a culmination of one year of saving and languishing over purchasing something for my wine hobby. Needless to say when 2 weeks into the ownership of the fridge it hit 68 degrees I was visibly upset. Throughout the entire process of getting a technician to diagnose the problem to getting a new fridge and the fixing of the wall you have all remained excellent in your customer service.
It makes me confident that I will continue to be a Vinotemp customer and hopefully grow my collection to another fridge someday.
