• Insulation: Every vault comes standard with R12 rated insulation. The R-Value is a number used to determine the relative insulating capacity of different materials. Vinotemp’s vault walls have 1 1/2” of insulation, so the total R-Value of standard Vinotemp vault walls has an impressive R12 factor. For those that desire more protection, upgrades to R19 and R29 are available.
• Venting: Each vault includes a ventilation system.
• Cooling System: Designed and assembled at Vinotemp, Wine-Mate^® was the first UL-approved cooling unit for cabinets on the market. All Vinotemp Walk-in Wine Vaults come standard with a Wine-Mate^® system designed for the individual cabinet capacity featuring; patent-pending humidity control, electronic temperature control with digital displays, and an alarm to signal when the temperature gets too high or too low.
• Racking: Vinotemp has been designing wine cabinets and wine racks in California for nearly 25 years and the racks are made with earthquakes in mind so they are incredibly sturdy. Vinotemp Wine Vaults come with Cellar Trellis Wine Racks – quality racking crafted with Redwood that interlocks with powder-coated metal. Upgrades to all-Redwood racking are available.
• Door: Each vault comes with a door created with the same high-insulation standard as the walls. Custom doors can also be created to better accommodate customers’ needs.

• Cellar Construction:Vinotemp Walk-in Wine Vaults are constructed with standard panels; split panels are also available.
