Comments: I have owned my Vinotemp Wine-Mate for about 7 months - recently we started having a problem with the temperature control. I contacted a technician in the service department and explained the problem. He quickly suggested the remedy and assisted me with getting the correct parts. He was accessible, provided quick responses and was very professional. A real pleasure to work with such a customer oriented person.
